“OKR” is “Objectives and Key Results” which is a goal-setting framework used by individuals, teams, and organizations to define measurable goals and track their outcomes. OKRs are an effective leadership tool for goal-setting and for communicating what an individual or a team wants to accomplish as a milestone.

It helps in tracking progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals. OKRs can be of three things: Committed, Aspirational, or Learning.
